INSURANCE is strongly recommended. Inquire with your current provider about extending your existing coverage or purchase comprehensive medical and travel insurance, covering treatment expenses, and also health-related evacuation, trip cancellations or delay and lost or stolen luggage. Look for providers with proven track record of simple claim submittal and fast refunds. Should something not go to plan and you need to make a claim, simplicity will make a world of difference.

VISAS and correct and valid travel documents are solely the travelers’ responsibility. The consular departments of your country’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (or its equivalent) will have information on the locations and contacts of the nearest destination country embassies or consulates. Get in touch in advance to inquire about the necessary travel documentation, entry requirements and visa issuing procedures. If needed, we can provide confirmation of your intent to travel with us.

FINAL DOCUMENTS detailing your travel itinerary will be delivered to you via your designated e-mail address one month before departure. This PDF document outlines your travels day by day, delivering comprehensive information about day’s activities. You will find details on accommodation, contacts of your guides and drivers for the day, description of tours and activities and their expected duration, as well as details of travel arrangements on the day, if any.
